Policy

  • My prices are available on my menu but please confirm the prices with me before receiving services.
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • No pets allowed except for service approved animals.
GUARANTEE
  • Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.
  • Enhancements & gel manicures are guaranteed for 72 hours after your service.
  • If you notice any chipping or lifting within 72 hours, please call to schedule a time to come fix your nails.
  • You must come in within 5 days from your initial visit to fix your nails or you will be charged.
  • I am not responsible for any broken or infected nails due to negligence and/ or not following my aftercare instructions once you leave my salon.
REFUND No cash refunds will be given once you leave my premises. * If you aren’t happy with your service, please inform me before you pay so that I can fix whatever issues you have. * I will correct any service at no cost to you as long as you inform me immediately Dear Loyal Customers,
  • During this time of inflation, I am diligently trying to keep my prices as low as possible.
  • Please help me by keeping scheduled appointments, or canceling at least 6 hours prior to your appointment time so that I have the opportunity to schedule another client.
  • Beginning 11/10/22, any appointments canceled less than 6 hours from the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee of the cost of the scheduled service(s).
